Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All “Ready to Ship” orders will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. To keep costs down, all orders will be shipped using Canada Post via Regular Parcel with a tracking number . Shipping to the U.S will be done via Canada Post or a local postal service with or without the option of having a tracking number.
There is a flat shipping of $9 for orders to Canada and the U.S with the exception of Sage Kits being $10 to ship. During the promotional period, shipping charges will be waived when the cart meets or exceeds $175 before taxes.
All custom and Made to Order items will have a processing time of 5-14 business days.
Processing time allows enough time to ensure quality work that is not rushed. On some occasions, I am able to complete your order sooner.
Custom Orders
I require a 40% non-refundable deposit for ALL custom orders. Once the design is agreed upon, the deposit must be sent to initiate the creation of your order.
Returns
Black Horned Unicorn does not offer returns or exchanges once shipped for any reason, including buyers remorse. Please ask for more detailed pictures, or information regarding your order if you’re in doubt, prior to processing your order.
If there are any problems or concerns, I allow 24 hours to make change requests to orders. Please contact me directly via email blackmoonsjewelry@gmail.com. My goal is to ensure customer satisfaction 100% of the time.
Warranty Information
Black Horned Unicorn strives to create the highest quality products possible. If at any time there is damage beyond the natural wear and tear of your item, please contact us within 1 year (365 days) of purchase. We will advise you on the next steps for having the item replaced or repaired when applicable. The repair or replacement is subject to additional fees which will be discussed and agreed on beforehand.
